About me

I am a Political Science MA student at the University of Mannheim (Germany) and a Research Assistant at GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, Computational Social Science Department.

My research interests lie at the intersection of contentious politics, political violence, and computational social science, with a methodological focus on advanced quantitative methods and causal inference. I primarily study causes and consequences of revolutions — mass movements to overthrow an existing regime to bring new social and political order. My work has been published in Defence and Peace Economics and Political Studies Review.
